Total Returns:66
Total Rainbow Trout:161
Rod Average:2.44
Average Fish Weight:2lb 5oz
Best Rainbow:9lb 3oz
Caught By:Jeff Latter

The very hot weather during the end of last week & the weekend has meant that the fish have remained in the deep water in the Main Bowl. The water has cooled slightly over the last few days & hopefully the fish may soon rise nearer to the surface

Several anglers have had a very good week. Jeff Latter had a bag of 8 fish which included a 9-3 rainbow, Peter Beeny has had several visits & netted his 8 fish limit each time. Most of the fish have been caught in the Main Bowl, once again using a fast sinking line with boobies & buzzers fished very slowly

Bank fishing is still not easy

Successful flies have been Buzzers - Olive, Black & Red, Boobies & Cat's Whiskers

Jeff Latter's 9lb 3oz rainbow was the largest fish this week. It was caught in the Main Bowl 30ft down with an Olive Buzzer on a DI7 line

A 7lb rainbow was caught by T Martin from a boat (no other details available)

Catch & release is still suspended while water temperature remains over 20 degrees Celcius

Capacity: 78% Water temperature: 21.1C
